INSTALL or UNINSTALL FAILURE TROUBLESHOOTING

Advice when install or uninstall fail.

 
This dialogue box will be displayed when the installation process has been Interrupted. 

Possible causes: 

    1) The Cancel button has been mistakenly pressed.
    2) The Cancel option in  Windows Vista UAChas been selected by mistake . 
    3) Other reasons. 

Possible solutions: 

      1) Try reinstalling using the administrator account  .

      2)  Go to “Generation and analysis of log files”.

 
Installer has stopped. 

Possible causes: 
      1) Previous uninstalling  has not been successful. 
      2) User account permits problems. 

Possible solutions: 
      1) Try reinstalling. Use the administrator account  .
      2)  Go to “Generation and analysis of log files”.
