to solve any problem that you had with the software, but if you prefer
a refund you should follow the steps listed bellow.
3) To get your refund you must send and email to sales@right-toolbox.com.ar
before the seven (7) period expires.
4) The seven (7) periods begins when Right-Toobox send
to you the email with the download instructions, user, password and serial
number.
5) To begin the refund process, you must send an “erase
notice declaration” to sales@right-toolbox.com.ar .
Email format example:
I “your name” declares that I will not use
the version of software I had purchase from Right-Toolbox. I had erased
all copies of “name of the product”, user name and password used
to download the software, and the serial number in my possession. If I
need to use it again I will do a new purchase.
6) When Right-Toolbox receive the email, and verify that
the seven (7) days period has not finished. Right-Toolbox will initiate
the refund process trough the reseller where you buy the product and inform
the reseller to send a full refund to you.
7) The reseller is responsible to execute the refund.
1) Right-Toolbox products have (7) seven days full
back guarantee. If you find that the software purchased from Right-Toolbox
don’t fulfill you expectations you could get a full refund without any
cancellation or restocking fee.
